SmartGrid Enabled

Evoasis and EVSTAT are commited to efficient capture, storage and delivery of power. Our UtiliGen system allows our battery bunker to deliver power back to the utility grid during times of peak load demand. As there are far fewer, distributed points than in a traditional Vehicle-to-Grid system, EVSTAT can deliver the equivalent of hundreds of vehicle connections points from a single battery bunker facility. We call this B2G (Bunker-to-Grid) and it is proving to be a far more practicle approach to leveraging the power of electric vehicles in order to balance electrical loads during the highest peak load demand experienced by the utility, usually during the mid to late afternoon or evening. Our battery complex and energy storage systems working together, provide a useful asset and reduction of higher-cost energy in our operations. In addition, UtiliGen can move power from where it is generated by green sources (Wind, Solar and Hydro) to where critical power is needed in large metro areas as both primary and back-up configurations. By using standard shipping containers containing the latest state-of-the-art battery technologies, UtiliGen can bring 100% green power into areas where the local utility can only provide fractional proportions based on their overall transmission sources. Buildings can be connected via our UtiliGen SmartGrid control box and the power can be delivered in either AC or DC mode for convenient utilisation. This also allows the user to leverage the maximum carbon-credit or carbon footprint reduction to their sustainability rating and ongoing energy policy.
